He answered all of my questions and explained everything he saw so that I could understand. Between the two I am confident in saying this was one of the best overall business experiences I have ever had. I can not recommend these two enough. And best of all they checked my alignment for free. I guess this is something they will do if you ask. With the roads around here I figure why not?! Keep it up you two! "Do not go to this Firestone. Got an oil change and tire repair done on July 15, 2023. Left the plastic wrapper on the oil filer. Luckily the oil got hot enough to melt the plastic so It did not cause that much of a restriction too long but when I went up there to confront them about it, the manager couldn’t understand how his staff could do that. So he stuck his finger in the oil filter output hole and was like see the plastic bunched up off the cap. But your finger is a blunt object, your finger not going to go right thru. the threads on the oil filter mount are metal and sharp enough to cut thru the plastic that’s how the tech was able to still put the oil filter on with the plastic. Did not notice all of this until the car told me an oil change was needed and I decided to change my own oil and notice the oil filter was very loose and oil was all over the bottom of my car. Now I have to take my tire off the rim and look at that to make sure the repair was done properly. I do not trust them with mine or my family vehicles anymore and will not be back."

"Put a patch on my tire. Job took three hours when I was told it would take an hour and a half, they also lost the cap for the stem on my tire and did not inflate the tire to the proper pressure. I would not advise going to the shop."
