"I ordered subs online in mid January. My order was immediately canceled. When I called the location I was told it was due to being completely out of bread. I was told the amount paid was be refunded and after 3 different attempts...I still have not received the money I paid."
"The young guys that work here are hard workers. Walked in on a Sunday night after a week straight of everyone and everything being frozen/snowed in, they had a huge line but were getting it done. They had good attitudes and were friendly, and were polite to everyone they were in contact with. Just moved closer to this location recently, so I'm okay with this being my regular subway now!"
"As someone who works in food service, I typically try not to come in to a business within an hour of them closing because I know how tedious closing can be. However, I decided to come in at 8:30 on a Sunday evening before their closing time at 9 because I was getting one thing and knew I could be in and out in literally five minutes. When I opened the door I was met with a very loud “We’re closed!” From a very rude young lady who didn’t even look up at me. I told them I thought they closed at 9. A nicer young man explained to me that they were closing early due to being out of many items, which I understood. I do believe that should have been said first to me because the girl just yelled we are closed and walked away instead of explaining why they were closing before their posted hours. If I can go to another location instead of this one, I will be. Clearly I don’t need to be wasting their time."
"Not sure where management was tonight with these young workers unless one of the young workers is a manager, either way they all need more training and some more workers. My husband ordered online for a pick-up. I arrived a few minutes early because the order wasn't to be ready until 6:25 pm. I walked in at 6:25 pm and they hasn't even gotten started on it yet and there was only one customer inside the store at the time. Noone acknowledged me standing in the "order here" line for 5 minutes. Even just a simple " I will be with you in just a moment" would have been fine. I had plenty of time to observe the surroundings and was able to see that the guys in there were doing multiple things using the same gloves that you touch food with. One guy (wore glasses) was standing there waiting on the oven to ding and then pulled his phone out of his pocket with his gloves on, then went on to touch food with the same gloves on. The guy who made my food answered the phone with the same gloves he was touching my food with, along with running to the back several times to grab stuff to stock up front with the same gloves on. You shouldn't mess with money using the same gloves you make food with and I seen that happen with the guy who wore glasses. The store needs a good deep clean. Ceilings and floors dirty with dirty mop heads showing in the corner area near the register. The counter area dirty and cleaned in between preparing food. I understand places have a rushhour, but if so you need more staff to help and more training for your employees with food preparation. I come here all the time and haven't seen it messy and unorganized like this before."
"Great service from the two young guys that were working! They had online orders,a line of people, some of which were not being very nice, yet they continued working in an efficient manner, remained kind and courteous. As I was paying the young man said "you can just skip the tip part" Nope, absolutely not! You definitely deserve a tip! These two guys were great and deserve a raise,I'm sure!"
