"Aeropostale has changed a lot since I last went inside one four years ago. I like their tee graphics with vintage rock bands like Poison. Customer service was great. I looked around and found nothing I liked except a few tees. I prefer very loose clothing, and the sizes were not large enough. Before leaving I saw an Ace of Spades necklace on a mannequin. The sales lady with red hair and a beautiful heart tattoo was very helpful in finding the necklace on the rack. She said jewelry was buy one get one free. We couldn’t find other jewelry I wanted besides the necklace, so she gave me a 30% off discount. Aeropostale, also, gives military discount with ID."

"Wish I could give zero stars. I've been in this location a hand full of times and I've received nothing but horrible service. The employees are always on their phone never welcoming in fact I've never been approached or talked to unless I go to them and ask a question. I went in today only because I needed to make an exchange and the manager was sitting on the floor behind the register and yes I asked who the manager was and what do you know the girl in the floor was the manager. During my exchange the manager and associate complained about how long my exchange was taking and how they hated being at work. I've never ever experienced such terrible service ANYWHERE! I made sure to explain my concerns to the "manager" on shift today and I will be getting ahold of corporate and hopefully the store manager. This store needs some major changes, so fed up."

"Came in a few weeks ago, my friend and I came in to look around, the girl at the register was unwelcoming, cold, and pretty much rude to us and very snappy. Made us feel like we should have put back our clothes and walk out. When checking out the girl rolled her eyes, huffed and acted as if checking us out was inconvenient to her. Only making this review because my friend returned to the store and has received the same awful experience at this store. Dont know what it's like to work there, but if my manager saw me behave like that, I wouldn't be employed anymore."
