"Ms Linda, this lady needs a raise. She is always so friendly and up beat. She knows just about all her customers name and if she doesn’t she will find out. I’ve been in here and heard customers in front of me saying how much they like Ms Linda and she is the reason they come to that store. She is the absolute best!"
"I’ve had good experiences with everyone who works at the store. It has been my number 1 MAPCO. But the little girl that works the late night shift on 1/5 customer service is poor, disrespectful and nasty. I can spend my money anywhere and if I could have put no stars I would have .If she DONT enjoy her job she need to get a different one bad customer service leads to bad business."
"My concern is about the Hispanic female who worked on the grave yard shift on 7 Dec @0300 hrs. After refueling my vehicle and entering the store to purchase items, I simply respectfully asked the female how her night was going she where she was from she instantly in a disrespectful manner replied " why does it matter". I replied " I'm being respectful and only asking how your day is" and there is no need to respond in a disrespectful manner or gesture. I've come several times to this store and she is always unapproachable and disrespectful. I've never attempted to be flirtatious or disrespectful at any point, and this is how she always is. Maybe she needs to quit if she doesn't like people or care about her responsibilities in her position. If I was at fault, I would apologize as a man. I simply request to know "what is her issue or problem" with customers that are male? As a retired Army veteran, I understand interpersonal communication between ethnicities. This worker wasn't at the desk for 10 min, displays a negative attitude towards Army veterans. I wouldn't recommend visiting this place at night alone or period."
"The disposition of the youthful clerk was subjectively condescending. Also, while being helped by this clerk he happily greeted a customer walking in and asked how he was, yet never even thanked me. Your own inferences and can conclusions can be drawn."
"This is a convenient location for a gas station. They have a rewards program that gets you any where for 3 - 15 cents off a gallon. I gave it 3 stars because lot of there pumps are constantly broken."
