"Upon arriving everything was clean and around 9 or 10 today 2/28/24. My husband and I went to the subways side of the business, no one was there, after waiting approximately 3 min my husband loudly as to be heard “ Hello!! Is anybody here?” Someone responded that they would be right up in a few. So we waited maybe another 3 minutes or so. A lady came up with what I thought was a German accent, and asked how she could assist. I told her the type of sandwich I wanted and she immediately began putting it together. I thought it was still taking a long time because it had been about 5 min but she still wasn’t done with the meat of the sandwich. I just figured it was early and maybe she was still setting up the station as she put the sandwich together. Idk, that’s what I thought at least. She asked if I wanted it toasted, and I replied yes, and when she went to take it to the toaster the whole sandwich fell to the floor. She picked it up and left it by the toaster, another young female employee with a mask on who looked maybe 20 picked it up and placed it by the new sandwich that the First Lady was making to replace the one dropped. They proceeded to take the meats and cheeses off the first sandwich that fell on the floor and put it on the new one. I told her that the sandwich fell and that she should throw it out. They both said that the only thing that hit the floor was the bread and that everything in the sandwich was still good. I told her that if the bread hit the floor the entire sandwich was contaminated which is what I learned going to school before I entered my career in healthcare. They insisted that it was still good and continued on making the sandwich with the contaminated meats and cheese. I told them that I wanted to speak to the manager and the German lady said that she was the manager. All I know is that in most healthcare, if an instrument hits the floor and is placed on a tray with other instruments then the entire tray is contaminated. Instead of taking responsibility they tried to convince me I was wrong so they could sell me something that had hit the floor and walked on with shoes that could have very well walked on urine, feces or blood. The never changed their gloves after picking up the contaminated sandwich nor did they wash their hand when talking meat off the old one to put on the new one. I’m no inspector but had there been one I’m pretty sure that would not have been okay, not would they have done it. All I know is if they would do that in my face I can only imagine what they would do when no one is looking. I’m a disabled Vet, this business is in front of ft Campbell where our soldiers spend their money. This is not okay"

"My wife and I live in Charlotte Tennessee and when we go to the casino in oak Grove we stop at Mapco Mart . It's the best store on the way to the casino,. They have everything you could possibly want . The ATM does not charge a fee for a cash withdrawal, so that cool, we stop there twice a month for years now and no problems ever . Friendly staff and reasonable prices."

"I would like to comment of the lady who work at the Mapco on Fort Campbell Blvd. She's very polite and friendly and always ready to go out her way to put a smile on your face.
