"There were 2 cashier's working, one was helping someone so I walked up to the cashier that was open. I stood there for a good while and he said absolutely NOTHING to me. Didn't greet me, didn't say he was closed, didn't even look at me. Terrible customer service."

Not very professional This place also really overcharges for products. It's in a very busy location so I don't expect 7 -11 to really care about this post. But avoid this place if you can."
"Walked in, nobody greeted me. Grabbed my items went to cashier, I said hello, still no reply. He scanned my items, I paid, he gave me a receipt, I said Thank you, still didn't say anything to me. It's ok to not be having a good day because it happens, but at least acknowledge people when they talk to you. On top of that didn't even bother to offer me a bag after seeing me struggling to gather my items."
