"This store has a mix of great employees and some really terrible Day employees, they close during buissnes hours, then deny it, I’m appalled by how those two women addressed my concerns, very unprofessional, talking to me using street slang, and the attitude was obscene… I am a loyal paying costumer, it’s the closest location to me, and I’m not the only customer this has happened to, my neighbor, has also been treated horribly by these employees!! Do better with your hiring family dollar, this is not ok! I have submitted a complaint to corporate, and currently searching for the owner of this location. I’ve asked these employees for the number to call and file a complaint, and they gave me the wrong number as well!! Even telling me to look it up online!! I had to give one star, but they deserve no stars!! This happens about an hour ago, on June 28,2023 at about 1230 pm"

"The management team and entire staff here are fantastic. I recently lost my wallet. Understandably I went into this location frustrated at myself, and took that frustration out on the team that works here. The manager handled the situation with grace and helped me by reviewing the cameras to find out the person in the check out behind me stole my wallet. The cashier who was working that day even got my phone number and said the thief comes in there regularly. Thank you for your wonderful hospitality! It doesn't go unnoticed when people are kind. 5 stars all day!"
