"They consistently do not honor the posted sales. I have been in several times recently where I was charged full price for tagged items. When I told the workers they were rude and annoyed. Water is 2/$11 but charge was $7.49 each. Holiday candy is 75% off but “that one doesn’t count.” That sale tag was “on the wrong shelf.” Whoever is doing your system is not updating correctly and ripping off customers. They also don’t let baskets out of the store, so you will have to carry everything in your arms to your car in multiple trips leaving your items unattended. Today I had a random man ask me why I would trust my items, then waited standing by my car while I got the rest of my things. Super unsafe."

"The way that I was treated at this Walgreens earlier today was simply deplorable. There was a woman who got in line behind me that behaved like an ill mannered pig. The cashier allowed this very rude individual to cut in front of me and he actually waited on her first even though I was clearly in line before her. When I asked to speak to the manager to complain they sent over what appeared to be a high school kid who just stood there looking dumbfounded and said absolutely nothing in response to my complaint. The customer service at this Walgreens is a joke."

"This is the second time I do a mobile order and they take forever, the workers are just walking around not doing anything and I’ve waited and hour and 30 minutes and nothing.. worst costumer service."

"I like the layout of this Walgreens at Irvington Blvd and E. Crosstimbers. The store is clean with good merchandise presentation. The store is well staffed with friendly and helpful associates."
