Walgreens 9200 Cullen Boulevard, Houston, TX 77051

"This location has to be the WORST Walgreens pharmacy in the nation in my opinion. They're always snail paced SLOW and largely incompetent. They'll call and text you that your Rx is ready but when you get there then they tell you one Rx, if any, has possibly been partially filled so come back in another 48 hrs if you want the Rx's you requested and it might be ready. In only 20 minutes I witnessed at least 3-4 other people who left angry and dissatisfied after being given the same lame excuse. I'm going to CVS from now on. They're more expensive and they don't accept my insurance BUT THEY FILL MY Rx's in a TIMELY MANNER and I receive the service that I expect and deserve from CVS."

"I have waited on the drive thru on 3/6/24 for 15 minutes and not 1 car has moved on the drive thru outside to pick up medicine please get some help inside your business Thanks"

"Gift card buyers BEWARE!!! Do not buy gift cards from this location. I was utterly embarrassed recently when I mailed out gift cards as thoughtful gifts only to be told they had been wiped clean of the funds I deposited. I highly doubt the store was unaware of this occurrence but their was never a written or verbal warning and I had to be told from one of the recipients of the gift cards to my disappointment that their card had a zero balance!"

"The worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. The pharmacist Rilwan, was rude and unprofessional, his staff is unprofessional as well. This man gave me the hardest time just fill a RX for some prenatal vitamins. He refused to give me his supervisor information. Everytime I come to this pharmacy there's have a problem. That's ok because I will not be going business with this Walgreens ever again."

"Hands down, the slowest location I have ever been to for any reason at all. I can only assume that the poor staffing and lack of customer service is due to poor management. This is not a recent or some time behavior. It has been this way for years without change or structure guidance. There is absolutely no care for clients other than seeking revenue. There is no hire to accommodate the amount of traffic at the front store end and also in the pharmacy. If they could change one thing, a completely new staff is warranted."
