"I put in an application for this location, I just called to check the status of it. I had to call 4 times before someone picked up, just for them to immediately hang up on me. I attempted to call them back a couple more times, no answer. So unprofessional."

"Store is fine for the most part. Has a good wide range selection, and some nice stuff for the price you are paying. The store itself is fairly small, you will feel cramped in the lanes and with how many people tend to be in there can get a little tight. I’ve never seen more than 2 self checkouts open as well so when the line gets long you are just stuck should really open 1/2 lanes for 10 items or less and keep 1/2 open for everyone else to keep lines moving and help people who are just grabbing a few things get in and out faster to help keep lines down."

"The store was very clean and organized. The bathrooms were clean, but I was disappointed to see half the self-checkouts closed on a busy Saturday. I must say that they have a great variety of products and I love all the art supplies."

"I had never been to one of these before and was actually impressed with the selection. There’s a decent array of snacks, clothing, accessories, electronics, etc. Some things may not be the highest quality but if you need some basics or fun small gifts this is a good place. It was clean and well organized and the staff was nice and helpful."

"From a merchandise presentation standpoint, this is the nicest five BELoW store I have visited in the Houston area. The new facility is clean and well lighted. It's a great place to pickup inexpensive gifts for special occasions throughout the year."
