"Usually have a nice experience but today I experienced a lady name Ginger in pharmacy …. When I say rude…..”Really can’t believe how I was treated after sitting in the line 5 cars long finally got to the window and sat there another 25 minutes before the “Ginger “ even came to the window asked the name and after repeating myself 3 times I realized she was not trying to hear me see then proceeded to cover the window with sign saying ” Short Staffed” and closed the window….i was soooo shocked…..she cover the window with the sign i mean completely covered the window!!!!! Sooooo rude I didn’t move she came back I can fully understand being short staffed but no ma’am she was totally out of line….Ms Ginger you need to check yourself and your people skills especially working in the pharmacy where u deal with the sick and the elderly, check yourself because if I was ur superior I’d let you go…. I’m sure the same “white women” in several other reviews are speaking of Ms. Ginger…. Soooo disappointed."

"I placed a same day photo order. I called a few hours after the order was suppose to be ready because I hadn’t received confirmation that it was ready. They told me the printer was down and couldn’t do make it, I was planning on picking this up on my way to a party! It was a present! Someone should’ve called when the store realized they couldn’t make it."

"Still no improvement in customer service. I don't understand how a big corporation like this doesn't care about the customers experience. Why are staff here so rude to patients?people dont come to a pharmacy for fun, its because they need care, not rudeness and lack of empathy. Pharmacy here is horrible. Terrible customer service. Not friendly at all. They could use a course or two on customer service. Absolute worse walgreens pharmacy around town. Staff lies about when orders will be ready and delays take days to get meds that are needed."

"The pharmacy tech ( white woman) in the drive thru had the worst attitude very Rude! I drove up to pick up my prescription that I received a text saying it was ready for pick up. As I’m waiting you can see through the glass window she’s talking to a gentleman who’s dropping Shipley donuts off. So she says be with you in a minute. After I push the call button. I say ok. About 5 minutes later after she’s done talking. I give her my last name she YELLS they shouldn’t of told you that! It’s not ready yelling! And walk off and says 30 minutes. So I’m sitting in my vehicle confused is this a signal to come back, sit here for 30 minutes what??? There were cars behind me so I decided to walk in and speak to a manager. So if there is a disconnect I can let my doctor know. So the manager was informative and explained that they are busy and that certain prescriptions are prioritized over others. Those text messages are auto generated and not always accurate. Okay moving forward just wait, a little longer. I thought I did an hour after receiving the text. I have never had a problem with this pharmacy. Until now. I received a phone call while typing this. Someone from management needs to talk to this older woman she was wearing a light blue or gray scrub, she’s reckless, a liability, unstable and lacks the competence to be in this type of setting dealing with the public. Someone from management needs to evaluate this location ASAP."
