"An old woman in front of me had her card and money on the belt while she was digging in her purse. The belt shifted forward and her card and money went through the crack. The day manager refused to loosen one screw on the plate so she could get her money and card out. He said someone else lost a $20 bill in there earlier today too, and just like them, she was out of luck because he would not open it to retrieve her money or card. Luckily, the cashier pried the plate up enough that she could at least get her card back out. The manager then complained to me and other customers that the woman acted like she knew how he was supposed to do his job. Very poor treatment of customers and very unprofessional attitude. The shelves are often poorly stocked too, but I was willing to look past that until today. I will no longer shop at this location, and will drive the extra 10 minutes to a different dollar tree in the future."

"I just got done shopping here. I normally have a good experience but the young man checking me out looked like he was having a bad day. I told him I wasn’t going to get some items I had and when I went to hand them to him he snatched them out my hand and threw them to the side. I asked how he was doing and he just responded with “im here”. I understand Bad days happen but be mad at home not at me. He was so rude and I did nothing to him"

"If I could give this dollar tree no stars I would! Is not The first time they put signs like this. The closest dollar tree in Spring Branch. The worsseeeeee! So inconvenient!"
