"I used to buy my medicine in this Walgreens, usually everything was fine but I had a really bad service on my visit today. I bought a coughing medicine & they charged me $4 over the price on the shelf. I went back inside, checked the price again before I told the cashier. She couldn't do anything so she called another girl named Tasha but she was really rude, she said the receipt messed up so the scanner could not read the barcode. I asked her to reprinted the receipt but she said there's no way to reprinted it & she could only give me a Walgreens gift card. I said that's ridiculous for that amount & I don't go there too often anyway. She said that's all that she could do or I just paid the wrong price, it was only $3 anyway & she just left me there. I said that it's $4 not $3 & I'm not done yet so I ran after her to the office & she talked to her manager, a black lady, who was also very rude. So I just kept knocking on the door because they just left me there & after awhile the rude manager came & gave me my money. I'm not asking too much, it was their system that messed up they could have been being nice, said sorry for the inconvenience or anything. It's really not about the $4 but how they treated their customers. If they can't be professional, have a nice attitude, good customers service they better find another job because nobody will go there again considering so many complaints that they got in the reviews. People out there don't go to this store if you want to have a good service!!!!"
