"The customer service at the register and pharmacy was great. Very refreshing. I can’t say the same for all locations"
"I was trying to drop off my package as this is a UPS drop-off location. The lady was taking 2-3 mins while I waited. She did acknowledge the slowness of the UPS app, no problem there. Then the app loaded. Both of the lady and I were facing toward the register when she was helping me. I was standing on her right side...1 to 1.5 feet away... also facing the register. Basically, we were standing side-by-side. After scanning the package, she waved her hand without saying anything while looking down the device. Then she waived again. At this time, I got the idea what she was trying to do. I chose to ignore her because I refused to be treated like as if I am her pet. Then, she said I need to go to her left side so I could input my number. I said you can just turn around and hand the device to me. I meant literally she could turn and hand the device to me. Here is the funny part. She just turned her back on me (as if I would not be served until I go to her left side). I just grabbed my package. I was to leave then I went to the pharmacy section to ask for a store manager. Of course, the same lady came to the store. The pharmacist was 'trying' to listen to my side of the story and apologized, but I don't think she truly meant what she said. I had visited this store many time and had seen her treated other customers without respect. One time she spoke to an older lady in broken Spanish by assuming that the lady could not speak English and could only speak Spanish. The older lady main language might not even be Spanish. I complain in the past once, but nothing seems to done. I think most customers just ignore her. If you visit this store frequently, you can probably guess who the person is. I will not be visiting this store while she works there. I will rather drive 5-10 mins to visit UPS store and go to Walgreens for my med needs."
"Helpful customer service not only in the store but in the pharmacy. The pharmacist help me save about 30% on a prescription applying the right coupon available to them. On the same visit I had to buy a car key battery and the cashier helped me out replace the old one with the new by providing me a mall small tool to replace it. Very helpful customer service!"
"I am so disappointed with how this pharmacy went about this recent problem. So I'm dealing with my second bout of strep throat, and am in a lot of pain through the bacteria in my throat to the body aches and fever. I called my doctor around 6pm, and the office sent my medicine to CVS, who said they had the medication. I was told to wait for a call or text from CVS, but after an hour, none came. I called the doctor's office back, and they said the prescription had already been sent, and they didn't know why I hadn't been contacted. I go to the pharmacy and wait for about 40 minutes, where they told me they did have the medicine, then they didn't, then they did. By that point, they said the systems went down, so they sent me to another CVS 10 minutes away. That CVS couldn't pull up the records because the original CVS left it as processing instead of on hold. This all would've been avoided if I had just gotten the initial call the hour before. By that time, original CVS closed and said there was nothing they could do. So thanks Dulles CVS, for making me drive all around town with throat pain, fever, and Body aches to try and fix the problem you created."
