"I would give this 7 Eleven 0 start if I could. Customer service is horrible, the guy at the front counter was mad and almost insulted when my cousin asked him if he had bathroom keys. The place is also unkept and very dirty. I would avoid this place next time, there are so many other gas station that have much better customer service."

"Richard and his troll pet, Martin are the worst people I’ve ever met. They enjoy verbally assaulting paying customers. They will happily lie while calling the police to complain on people in the store who are not causing any problems. Today, Richard ran after a paying customer, and assaulted the customer’s girlfriend, under IH35. I can’t speak about the people that work in the morning, but these two guys that work in the evening are terrible people. Other customers are correct. The store is nasty and the bathrooms are rarely open. When the bathrooms are open, they are disgusting. There is a decent Circle K a few yards down Rittiman, and QT is the next exit north. Do yourself a favor and spend your hard earned money elsewhere."
