"OK Family Dollar. Very old store and very dirty as well. The shelves are very dirty and quite bare. We came in to get champagne glasses which there weren't any. However, the cashier was nice. This store needs a serious renovation"
"I’m assuming the black lady who worked tonight, with the cheap reindeer ears standing on her head has never been taught any work ethics. She accused my son of opening a little two dollar box of sandwich bags. When I approached the manager about it (the older white lady) looking just like the cheap ears on her associates head!! STUPID. I told her to teach her employees how to communicate with customers. An associate should never assume. If you didn’t physically see it then don’t freaking accuse!! Geesh I hate that stores are resulting in hiring bottom barrel people who don’t know how to communicate and most of all don’t have work ethics! I shop in this store daily. We are not responsible for anyone else’s theft."
"Drove 15 mins because this store is supposed to open at 8 AM. It says it online and even says it on the sign next to the door. It’s now 8:47 and I’m getting turned away by a lady saying the store is closed and the door was locked. There was no closed sign…"
"There is a rude employee that works there he is a tall guy and he budded in a conversation between me and the cashier and basically tried to make fun of a question I was asking.. something so minor but no employee should be unprofessional and making fun of customers I sure hope he wasn't a manager"
"Probably the worst experience I have ever had. Now this is not some place I normally shop but decided to go today to pick up a few household items. I also picked up a box of cookies and when I got home and tried one it tasted awful!! It had been expired for 2 months. I grabbed the receipt and headed back to the store only to be told they cannot return food. Now I completely understand policy but to deny me a refund on 2 month old expired food was astounding. The clerk behind the counter immediately began giving me a whole lot of attitude and rang his little bell and the manger came up. She asked him to give me the refund and he looked at her and rolled his eyes. At that point I had enough. So not only do you expect your customers to eat expired food and not give them the money back but you also make them feel as though they don't matter? Now I know why I never shop here!! Thanks for the amazing shopping experience as it is one I will never forget."
