"Not a good experience today (6/25). The music was so loud I had to keep asking the cashier to repeat himself. He kept exchanging looks with the other cashier like there was a joke going on that I wasn't aware of. Then he sold me 2 lottery tickets but one wasn't what I asked for, it was what he thought I should get. I don't know if I'll go back. This has been my favorite convenience store for the last 8 years, but today it was creepy and I felt judged for either being female or older. I'm not sure which. I'll try again in a few days."

"No you're doors aren't always open especially when a mean cash register attendant gets to talk to people however he wants. About a week ago at about 10 45 pm I went in and some shaggy individual with semi longish hair was at the register. Seems to be late 40s early 50s and very very rude.I know for.a.fact that they have cash app reloads at your store. He seems to think its up to him who can or can't use this service at your store. He was rude and very mean when he practically yelled at me that yall don't have this service. He is condescending and doesn't belong on that register I'll never go back there again."

"I went in to add cash to my cash app card. The clerk was busy outside smoking then spent 5 mins getting lottery tickets for a customer. By now its 7:03 and he has the gall to tell me he can’t do the transaction after 7 pm. Wth man. These transactions can be performed 24 hours a day and this is a 24 hr store, but I guess not. Hire some better employees or maybe 7/11 should have better franchisees. Terrible customer service."
