"I went to this Walgreens yesterday. Sadly I didn't get the name of the employee but this lady went above and beyond to help me with my coupons. It ended up being a glitch in their system. She talked to the manager and they got it fixed. She was the absolute sweetest and I really, really appreciated her help."

"Friday, day one, pharmacy abruptly closed due to the pharmacist having an emergency. It’s Saturday, day two, and still no pharmacist. Sign on window now states will be open on Monday. Talk about a single point of failure! Yes you can go to another pharmacy UNLESS your prescription is a controlled substance. In that case you just have to wait until Walgreens pull their head out of their A$$! #completefailure"

"I’ve scheduled to pick up my prescription two times, and both times they made me wait an extra week. I can never pick up my prescription on time. Something is always wrong, and I’m always told to come back. The pharmacy needs to get better. If I have the option to go online and pick what time I want to pick up my prescription, then it should be ready at that time. I shouldn’t have to wait over a week for it multiple times"

"The worst experience ever, I order my prescriptions and during a week they were telling me the insurance has not approved my prescriptions. Once I clarify the situation with the Insurance, they told me evrything is fine and when I show up to pick them up they told me that only 30% of my order is available and the 70% they will order until next week. Uacceptable because they are a pharmacy and they should tell me they don't have them since the begining. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER"

"DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE A SCHEDULE 2 PRECRIPTION. I have had my ADD medication filled here for 5 years without issue, but in the last couple months this pharmacy has instituted a policy of ignoring the prescription unless the previous month's supply is empty. It would be one thing to not allow me to pick up my medication until the previous supply is gone- its inconvenient, but tolerable. However, ignoring the script completely is unacceptable! When the pharmacy did acknowledge my script, 2 days after they received it, the medication was out of stock, and won't be refilled until Monday. This was not made known to me until Friday afternoon and my PCP had gone home for the weekend so I could not have them send the prescription to another pharmacy. This is the third weekend of my very busy life that has been stolen from me because of this pharmacist's incompetence and despicable discrimination between patients. I'll be issuing a formal complaint with the Texas State Board of Pharmacy against the practices of this pharmacy and the incompetent pharmacist who runs the dump. This review is written in hope that the members of my community who need a reliable place to get their medications will look else where and avoid the inconvenience of working with these incompetent people."
