"I got charged for 7 drinks when I only bought 3 they made me pay twice for two different things don’t recommend this place"

"When u try to do the right thing, stay loyal to the brand, earn points, look forward to free big gulp, all big gulp beverages out of order, but you’re still thirsty of course so you fill cup up with slurpee, they dont honor your slurpee as a big gulp despite being a loyal customer that should have fall back options should 7/11 fail to adequately fulfill a reward. Happened two days in a row. First day, machine had sign that big gulps were down, today no signs but none worked properly from what I could tell. Every single one looked either predominately or 100% like water. I just been wanting to get the free big gulp I earned by paying higher prices than average so it’s really not free, it’s more like sympathy handouts for being ignorant enough to consistently pay more than necessary."

"This place is trash. False advertisement. I saw that they had pistachios for $0.69 per pack. I know that it's a steal so I tried to buy 2 packs. When it rung up, it's was $4.50 per pack. I know they can't plainly advertise that price without honoring it. The cashier stated that what ever it rings up as is the price. That's ridiculous. 7 eleven wouldn't honor the price they are showing. Even if it was a mistake, she made it seem as if I made the mistake. Poor service, poor appearance and dirty location. Will not be a patron at this location again."

"I'm a regular customer, 5:10Am. I wanted to buy 2 breakfast tacos. I've had to buy a cold biscuit bun, sausage with cheese. Due to the cook let me know that I had to wait for an 1 hour so she can get settled in, to heat up a tortillas. I was so upset. The counter lady told me that YOU the store manager have messed up the cook schedule. That's a fast food place NO customer's should wait for the cook! It's the cook should be ready for customers, everyday!"
