Reviews of 7-Eleven
"If you are going to require a key to use the restroom, put up a sign. Don't watch me stand in front of the bathroom door for 10 minutes, then WAIT for me to come up to you and ask you if need a key for the bathroom."
"I tried to go to this location a few different times and have been locked out of the store or told too "hold" and come back later. Just because this particular cashier is moping the floor. Today,I tried to enter the store, let there be known there were cars outside. Just to get to the door and it's locked. I see the same cashier moping the floor but this time her friend is hanging out with her while she's inside the store. Didn't even bother to open the door. I also had other encounters where I was being cashied out while this same cashier rudely never even acknowledged me but took her time to cash me out because she was in the middle of a conversation that was so opened that the entire store could honestly know what they were talking about. She's rude with no customers service at all and it's so bad that now when I see her at the front I would just put my stuff down and leave to another gas station."
"The cashier was just standing there having a relaxed conversation with a friend ignoring the people in the line. When I politely asked if she is going to help us both the cashier and her friend gave me an angry look and then continued their chat. Couple of minutes later the cashier agreed to check me out at another station while her friend was yelling to her that she didn't finished talking. Worst service ever! She deserve the "worthless worker of the year" award! Management should pay attention to who they hire."
"This location is keeeping money from patrons. What are they going to do with it. It's not the result of a sale, so how are they listing it? There is a small handwritten sign on the door that says shoppers must have exact change. But, that's not going to be something people can do when they do not know what their totals will be. Yesterday a customer was in the store, made a purchase, and was waiting on change. The cashier just looked at him. The man asked for his change. The cashier said to him, "You didn't read the sign." The man asked what sign, and she directed him to the door, which he didn't open coming in the store, because someone held it open for him. Then she told him the store doesn't have change because of the national shortage, so she can't give him change. Excuse me! How is that the customer's issue? They need to adjust their pricing to make items end in whole amounts instead of coins if that is a problem. The customer said, never mind. He got back his cash and paid with card. But what about people who only have cash, and are counting every penny to make ends meet. The store is not entitled to keep anyone's money due to lack of change. That sounds like a "you" problem, 7-11. Put a sign on the door that says credit cards only accepted at the time. Put the signs on the register as well as that funky little handwritten sign on the door. Make sure customers are aware in a more prominent and thoughtful way. If this is a franchise store, corporate needs to address this issue with the owner(s). If it had been me, I would have left and come back to pay with with sticky pennies in a jar. Not my quarters, dimes, nickels, or fifty cent pieces; but pennies. And I would wait until they count every single one."
