"I have been visiting all of the Dollar General's in my area to see what all the hype is about. I see folks on YouTube stacking coupons and saving money. I have visited this store a couple of times. The staff is friendly and the store is a bit chaotic. The home decor aisle has rugs on the ground so it's hard to push a cart through. Other aisles are blocked by carts. It's messy. I was able to find what I was looking for, however I did notice that not all of the toys are in the toy aisle. They're at the top of the shelves across the store. I ended up doing a return after not correctly reading a receipt and the staff was helpful about it."

"Stores is as always what you have become to expect. A lot of it is not their fault. IT'S THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARENTS TO TAKE CONTROL OF THEIR CHILDREN and teach them manners and keep your hands off something unless you plan to purchase it for them .The employees are busy enough,cleaning up what people big and small are are doing they can't and are not supposed to watch your children you are. "Before I start I always like to thank God for another days on this Earth. I never would have made it without him. When God woke me up this morning I decided that I want to put on my happy suit what I mean about this everyday I put a different suit on today I chose a happy suit because all day I want to be happy I wasn't don't let no one steal my joy. When I was out today taking care of business going to stores to stores I wasn't going to let absolutely no one to upset me or get in my spirit. I was going to be happy all day long because life is so short these days and I choose to live each day putting on different suits. Hopefully you can understand where I am coming from if you are a believer. This morning I decided that I was going to stop at Dollar General in Irving off of Beltline. So I walked in and I walked around looking for a certain item that I wanted to get but I put off and guess what it wasn't there. As a shopper I should know by now once you see something and is markdown you better jump on it. But also I had seen someone that I knew inside the store it's been awhile since I seen her butt you know how it is you can't forget a face I forgot her name but I had to call someone and I told them that I seen her I was so surprised and so happy though. This is my third time visiting this stores it is very nice and very big I picked up a couple of big towels that I needed it. I couldn't help myself I had to bought something it just in my nature. I was able to talk to her just for us minute or two I can tell she was very busy trying to do what you need to do as a employee. I just say that it was worth it stopping at the right place at the right time that was able to see someone that I haven't seen in awhile. It really did touch my heart as a child of God it did touch my spirit as well. Very satisfied with the service very satisfied with the merchandise that I needed and also very satisfied with the price that I paid for it.
