"The worse experience ever. If you are calling in to get any prescription statuses might as well just go in and wait until they have it ready. I was put back on hold 15 times. Never once did they asked for my information. The person on the phone only says “Walgreens on Lancaster bear with me” and puts you back on hold, then after some time they disconnect the call."

"Wait times are horrible, I called 5 days straight about my prescription and each time they would take my information and nothing gt done. Then they have the nastiest attitudes finally switched to Walmart front of store a 5 the pharmacy is trash if you have a life threatening illness DO NOT transfer your meds here"

"The overall store probably rates a 4 star, but the staff and staff training get a 1 star. I tried to drop off a Fed Ex Ground package. It was a manufacturer return in the original box it came in. The Walgreens clerk refused to take the package. Claimed that only items in official Fed Ex packaging were acceptable -- according to Fed Ex customer service that is not true. I took the exact same package to a different pickup location with no problems. I've never used the pharmacy here. There is no hitching post for bicycles."
