"This locations pharmacy is the worst I ever dealt with. 3 hours trying to call every time I need to talk or order a prescription. Is always long holds and please hold multiple times and then the hang up. I have spoke to the pharmacy manager and store manager and it seems they don’t care. If my insurance would take CVS I would go with them asap. Get more help answering the phone to assist your customers"

"Went through the drive thru visibly in pain to fill 2 prescriptions. Tech states a 2 hr wait and it’s already 10pm. Luckily my bestie works for Walgreens and mentions for me to have it rush filled. Then tech changes wait to 45 mins. Then I was directed by my Walgreens friend to go inside and request the standard 15 min wait time to fill if I wait and all of a sudden my meds are in hand in 15mins. Wow!"

"Stopped by the drive thru to pick up my RX post ER visit and the young lady was too busy texting on her phone instead of paying attention. Ended up having to repeat myself several times. Super frustrating when you need your pain medication."

"Totally worthless and dysfunctional. I sincerely wish I never made the mistake of listing them as my preferred pharmacy. Long wait (with no one else in the store) wrong prescription, unable to get anything but long wait and hang-up by phone."

"I made an appointment for a covid booster online. What I didn't know is that the person giving the shot was also the pharmacist. I waited 20 minutes before asking why the long wait. I needed to get to work. I realize the pharmacists are busy but perhaps an appointment scheduled 24 hours in advance should honored 1st?"
