"The guy working at night always has a temporarily closed sign up where we can’t get in. It’s always up. always locked. Different times of the night I’ve witnessed this. Get someone in there who wants to work . (Showing White sign in the middle of the door in the photo)"
"Place needs help. I only wanted to go in for a second to buy some drinks, they uasually have 'buy-2' deals so my eyes focused on those. Saw a 2 for $4 Redbull deal and decided on that. Price came out wrong on the register so I assumed the deal was invalid. I decided to buy cheaper drinks, and while I was there, I pulled the invalid price flyer to show the clerks. Dude thought I was trying to pull a fast one and said "Sir, sir, sir, sir, sir, look..." and he starts slowly reading out the words on the flyer like I can't read. He doesn't understand that I only wanted to show how it was incorrectly placed and storms off to get the manager. Manager comes out and shows me other deals in order to educate me on how the deals work, but admits the flyer was misplaced. They didn't understand that I knew how to read, and was only trying to show them their slip-up, all while their young clerk was giving me the stank-eye as she stacked cigarettes. It was like some fever-dream. I didn't want Redbull that bad. You guys need help. (Hey Mr. Owner, I reached out to the customer support team as you suggested and no one got back to me after a month of waiting. I'm not wasting anymore time with this)"
"NOT IMPRESSED :/ I received a coupon page (full of FREE items) in the mail, for this brand NEW store down the street. I only used one coupon from the page for June 18th & it was for a free slice of Pizza. I went into the store Abt 2pm & it seemed very nice & the friendly lady at the counter greeted me. I presented the coupon & she asked an older gentleman if today was the day they were giving free slices of pizza with coupon & she showed it to him. He nodded yes & she said to take the pizza slice but said there was actually 2 slices in it. I got into my car & started driving off & stopped to grab a slice to eat & the pizza was so old & crust was crunchy & the outer edges was hard as a rock! The pizza was also slightly burnt looking on top & cheese dried up. Considering they offered these coupons to entice their neighbors in, you would think the management of this NEW store would try harder to make a good impression. The pizza they served me wasn't even edible."
"Once the new store discounted gas prices go up to match everyone else, I won't come back. It's a brand new store that took forever to open up and the cashier couldn't stay off his phone. Is it really that hard to focus on customers?!"
"Clean, fresh items, friendly, and no funky smell what more could one hope from a 7-Eleven. Snack bar was filled to the brim. Tons of drink and slurpy options. They even had a wheel to spin and win free items. By far this is the best 7-Eleven I’ve been too"
