"I went to another seven eleven location and the cappuccino is too syrupy and I'm not able to drink it. I happened to go into another location and kindly asked if I can pour it out and refill? He rudely replied that he didn't have any coffee ready available, so I let him know it's cappuccino...he then replied that he can't do it , and can't give me a free coffee, he is saying all of this in an extremely rude tone by the way. So I reminded him that he can reply to me in a better tone without the bad attitude. He then said that I asked a question and he answered. To the store associate working on 11/05/23 at 10:30ish if you don't like your job then you shouldn't work in customer service as a store associate."
"If you have not had the chance to experience the light of Natasha, you are missing out! She and I work the same shift and I have never left there without a smile on my face because of her! This shift that she works is hard but you would never know it by talking to her. Thank you for always answering my silly questions and helping me out. You are a blessing!"
"The employees are wonderful and friendly and helpful. The stock of Zero type sodas has caused me to do my business across the street at Quick trip since I am diabetic and have to be careful with sugar intake. Fortunately Diet coke in the soda fountain works most of the time. But more of an assortment takes me to a competitor."
"Restroom never open.. but I see cops just came out using it. They never want to make wings.. this is the last time I go here and the reason why I go to QT or Racetrack."
"If "-5 stars" was an option, that is the rating I would give this store. While driving in the car, my girlfriend became unexpectedly, and abruptly ill. She requested I pull into a gas station, and this 7-Eleven store is the one I chose. As soon as I pulled into the parking lot she hurried out of the vehicle, but unfortunately, before she could make it inside, she vomited on herself. I gave her some napkins out of the car and turned around to turn the vehicle off…when I turned back around she had already gone inside. I followed her in only to find her standing in a corner, once again vomiting and asking the employees where the restroom was (in the confusion and embarrassment of the moment she mistakenly went to the "utility" area, passing the restrooms). Both employees working the convenience store, a young man and woman, were standing there staring at her as if they had just witnessed a murder. Since the answer to her questing regarding the location of the restroom was clearly a bit much for the two employees (neither of whom were wearing name tags) to process, I quickly guided her in the right direction. The two workers were loudly discussing who would clean the mess and talking about how gross it was. I waited outside the restroom while my girlfriend cleaned herself, the whole time listening to the loud discussion, jokes and laughs directed at the current situation. Normally I would have offered to clean the mess myself, but at this point I didn't really care about being polite with these two. A minute or so into waiting on my girlfriend to clean up, the female employee walked by and felt it appropriate to inform me that it must be time to take a pregnancy test. I managed to remain calm, and politely told her my girlfriend was just ill. This was not a sufficient reason for the woman and she again informed me, while scoffing, that it was assuredly time for a pregnancy test. A moment later my girlfriend exited the restroom, and as we left, she was asked by the female employee "you didn't mess up my bathroom, did you?". I was also informed by my girlfriend after getting in the car to leave that when she first went inside and was vomiting on herself, she was told by the employees that their restroom was closed. There was nothing on the door or elsewhere stating this message. Yet whether it was or not any logical person would have made an exception in order to help a young lady who was clearly ill. This would have been an embarrassing situation for most anyone, and the inappropriate joking and laughing only increased the humiliation. Had either of these employees been aware of the medical issues my girlfriend has I would be willing to bet there would have been no negative remarks, laughing, or, especially, jokes about pregnancy. No one wants to look at or clean up someone else's vomit, that I completely understand and respect, however; some situations are out of our realm of control and need to be dealt with professionally and respectfully. Neither of those traits were displayed by the man and woman working at this 7 eleven. If this was my store and I heard of this, those two would no longer work for me. This is not how I would want my store or company to be viewed."
