"An older women that works at night with her dog insisted my ID wasn’t real. I assured her that it was a real Texas ID and she could scan it. She refused to scan it telling me that it had to be fake because of the picture being black and white. I even googled Texas ID’s to show her the new Texas ID. She then tried to tell me my ID was expired even though it clearly said it expired in 2031. She refused two other customers as well because she needed to be “strict” tonight. She said they’re “trying to fine her 10,000”. This women has sold to me many times so I’m baffled she all of a sudden suggested my ID was fake."

"Was turned down purchasing cigarettes because the store apparently hasn't educated their employees about what "REAL ID" is. Instead of scanning the card and seeing it was valid, they just looked at the text that said "not for REAL ID purposes" and decided it was fake. Real ID's are popping up in states and allow a person to board flights or enter federal buildings with said ID. That DOES NOT mean that my ID is invalid, just that it's not classified under "REAL ID." Educate your workers and don't let your customers feel insulted by being accused of using a fake. Infuriating"

"I purchased gas here a week ago. $40. Only pumped $19.93 to this day I have not been refunded my other $20.07. Went there talk to manager on Saturday he stated it should be there. Now they're avoiding contact. Don't use this place for gas. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND ARE THIEVES. NOW IM GOING TO CANCEL THE ENTIRE PAYMENT WITH MY BANK"
