"Every time I go they have what I need and are flexible with prescription pickup. Rarely are they delayed with a particular medication but when that happens I’m not waiting long. I appreciate their vaccine service as well. Overall a great pharmacy."

"I had a 7:00 appointment for a Covid shot. Got there at 6:35 and waited to be called. 7 o'clock came and went and I was still waiting. I got up to ask how much longer and they said oh you need to get in line and fill out all the paperwork. I was there for over 30 minutes before I was informed and the lady was very rude about it. I will not be going back."

"I truly do not like this Walgreens. I feel forced to use them due to this location being 24/7. The pharmacist that worked tonight was enraged with attitude. Stand in line to ask an important question, which I completely did not mind doing, I know they are very busy, it is flu season. However, when he did finally decide to look my way and ask what I needed, his tone and demeanor caused me to say never mind, and walked away. This goes hand-in-hand with an issue I had with the blonde who was working the drive thru earlier, whom I had the joy to interact with (complete sarcasm). The shift in high standards to low standards and bottom of the barrel are the new requirements I see to be a Walgreens team member. Got it!"

"My friend and i was at this walgerrns friday night looking at what kind of sales tgey had on makeup. We were there maybe 30 minutes when we were greeted by haltom police. They wanted to look in out purses to see if we were stealing. I told them to look away and he did and Rachele the one that called the police kept saying do you see something that looks like this and he said no i dont see anything. I had never been so embarrassed in all my life. The cop was rude at first but turned out to be a nice guy. I would never go in here after 10 unless you want to be falsely accused."

"Came to Walgreens today to pick up a prescription for my daughter who has pneumonia. They tell me my insurance is not covered at Walgreens and to go over to CVS and get it filled there. Which I did I called CVS and the doctor's office to have them transfer it over there waited an hour Went to pick up, they told me it would be 6 hours. I asked them if they could make it a tad sooner. As my daughter needs some relief, they had no compassion and told me no. I came back to Walgreens to go ahead and pick up the prescription and pay out-of-pocket. As my biggest concern over money was my daughter feeling some kind of relief. The girl at the counter, Brianna Was very sweet understanding and compassionate about my situation. She could tell I was flustered and very worried. Not only about cost but about my daughter. She went out of her way to look for some coupons to save me Some money on my prescription as now I have to pay out of pocket. Brianna went above and beyond to help me and to make me feel much better. Thank you so much, you turned my whole day around. You are an awesome human being."
