"A convenience store conveniently located as there aren't many options by this part of town. It is good for a quick stop for your typical very basic convenience store items. A bit overpriced. The building is okay, however it could use some greenery, trees, etc. on its lot, as it has a very blah sad look. The outside is not kept clean as there is trash on the sides and the back. They don't seem to care to keep their surrounding trash free."
