"Great spot to take in a little nature right in the middle of town. From a quite walk to a pumped up workout there is something here for everyone. I also enjoy fishing on occasion. If you like bird watching... this place is a Mecca. To many species to list. All in all, it's a great place. Everyone seems to be real friendly. I highly recommend."

"Really enjoyed this park. Lots of benches, trees, and a dirt trail perfect for a stroll or run. A couple of gazebos, tables, a few charcoal grills, and playgrounds for the kids. There's even a building for restrooms! No trails for bike riding here, but just half a block up at Phase II of the park is a gigantic location (7 mile trail!) for cycling and scenic views. Only downside might be the proximity to the Westpark tollway, but the traffic almost serves as white noise. There is also an open field just across the street where one could find plenty of space for a game of catch, a yoga class, or some activity that would require a bit of space. Plenty of trees over there too."

"The park is lovely. There is a long track with plenty of outlets if you're unable or don't have the time to go far. There are benches if you need to stop and rest. Lots of folks go on the weekends, elders as well as the young. It has a peaceful feel to it. I totally enjoy this park and it's a bonus that I live nearby."
