"We visited this park on the 2023 Christmas evening following a Facebook post. Our intention is to see and enjoy the lighting in and around the park premises. But it was not that worth visiting the place only for seeing the lighting in the park. This is my personal feeling only. Also there are inscriptions on stone about the history of the city Irving, by which we can get to know things about the initial stages of the city."

"I love this park so much. I've lived in Irving most of my life and never regularly visited any of the parks, but I'm over at this park all the time. It's so clean! The maintenance crew is very active and does a great job. Also there's a short loop or a longer path that goes who knows how far (Google Maps probably knows) so it's nice to have options on your walk length. Also there are so many cool birds!"
