"The clerk was rude and thought she had more knowledge about a brand than I. She didn't realize I've been purchasing this brand for years and have an extensive knowledge of its catalog. The only reason I was at that store is because of its proximity to the ballpark we were visiting. I am happy to be home and will utilize the vendor I am more familiar with where customer service is its #1 goal...regardless of race...they won't get another dime of my $"
