"Rude staff, and she was shoeless. I would've looked around more or even bought something, but the unwelcoming aura had my family outta there quick. I also fail to understand how keeping kids from touching toys helps selling. To each their own, I suppose."

"My whole experience was an interesting experience to say the least. To start I called ahead to make sure they do trades on Saturdays and to make sure there were no special requirements to bring clothes in. (Example: kid to kid makes you bring it in a bin, totally fine) I get there and the lady at the counter says no I can’t take them in a bag. I explained my husband dropped me off and I called ahead to make sure. She said very rudely “ well they should have told you” ok so she unwillingly takes the clothes to price to trade. I said I would be happy to lay them nicely on the counter for you to sort. She says “ as long as someone doesn’t want to check out. Oh I’m sorry I asked where do you normally sort clothes I would be happy to lay them there. She said on the counter! I felt like she just wanted to be rude. We kept shopping and I noticed her prices are significantly higher than any other used store I have been too! Okay that’s fine we kept shopping. I asked the women if she had any discounts as everything is very high priced. She was obviously I irritated with life and said everything here is sanitized (which is why she kept yelling at my 2 year old for touching ANYTHING! ) and I have to work that into my cost. She then proceeded to tell me how she’s the only licensed shop in the area and began to talk bad about her competitors such as kid to kid and it’s a child’s place. What really shocked me was when she started talking very badly about a local business in Conroe Brenda’s closet I think. She was going off how people get sick from they’re clothes and she dosnt know how they are in business and how she must be willing to pay a fine. That really says something about your character when your talking bad about another business. She told me they had been in business for 30 years however that’s no excuse to act in such a manner. I will never return due to her treatment and attitude. Will spend my money elsewhere for sure!"

"Rude staff, staff got onto my two year old for playing with a toy that was on the floor and told her "don't turn it on" Clothes were dingy and out of date styles for more than what you could pay at wal-mart currently. Would not recommend, will not be back."

"Always have great experiences here! Helpful employees too! Owner is a delight! They certainly clean the items thoroughly before placing on shelf. People need to remember this is a resale shop not a garage sale. Prices are spot on! Very reasonable ."

"When we entered the place, she greet us & from there the experience was okay. I had my baby & pre school child with me. The prices are HIGH. You can go to the beauty supply store & get the same bows for $1.00. I asked about dresses, she didn’t have the color in stock. She had toys on the floor & my baby was playing w/ them. She said, no no, those are for babies. My baby is bigger than a “regular” baby but the disgusting look she gave my child. Needless to say, will never be back. A kids store that hates kids, toddler & babies. Do not recommend."
