"TOYZ is a total "SCAM". I bought a "Sit & Spin" Toys and it turned out not spinning as it should be. You can not exchange or return any defective item, at all. All they sell are counterfeit low quality toys as you get in Dollar Store. Store owner or its attendees keep looking at you as if you will shop lift. Very unethical and Unprofessional business. I would suggest all parents NOT to step a foot in this store."

"Terrible. Do not buy from here. We purchased a kids car from here and paid over $400 for it. We called the store bc I wanted to exchange it for something bigger bc it was to small for my daughter. The car had never been used at all. They were so terribly rude when I called and told me no exchanges period! No exceptions! This is terrible business practices and customer service. I just wanted to exchange it for something bigger and the one I bought is brand new and never even used! Do not spend your money here. Very rude and unprofessional."

"The people that work in this store are beyond racist. The cashier was an Indian man who legit ended his phone call and followed me around the store. Yes, I am a black man and understand that some people have "sticky fingers", but I felt so cornered. He asked "anything I can help you with?" I politley said no and moved to a different section of the store only for him to watch me look at his products. I came here with my brother and my best friend on different days and just to see if he was gonna repeat his actions and he did. My brother and my friend split up from me and the man only followed me. (I am darker than them.) I've never felt so disrespected and racially profiled in my life. This company should reevaluate how they hire their employees. Would NOT recommend anyone to go there just to go through what I did."

"Quite possibly the worst toy store I’ve ever been to. At least if you have kids... they have a large display of kids cars and bikes but don’t allow anyone to touch them or sit in them. If you have a child and they see a car they will want to try it out. If you do come to this store DO NOT bring your child. They looked at me with disdain when my 3 year old sat in their car and yelled at me to leave. Horrible idea for a toy store and terribly rude owner."
