"I’ve used Bob at Master tax for 2 years & have been totally satisfied. He’s very efficient & I know that I’m getting great service! He did mine & my sons in under an hour & couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful! I totally recommend Master Tax & Bob Brder"
"I have been using Master Tax Center for the past 7 years and have been receiving great and fast service every year with no issues. I used to do my own taxes and I am amazed at how much better my returns have been. David Dreyer has been prompt and attentive and has a very quick turnaround. Would highly recommend."
"I've been getting my taxes done here for 6 years and never any issues."
"Worst professional experience I've ever had. I had called Bob Brdar as a new client based on a referral. When I said that I owned a rental property and that my boyfriend was a sub-contractor, he promptly sent the call to Dave Dreier. I briefly explained our finances to Dave and set an appointment to have our taxes filed. As we were helping out adult son with his taxes as well, Dave was about to earn 3 new clients. Upon arrival, he comes to the waiting area and says, "Are you Marissa? Come on." No introduction, no handshake. We get to his office and he opens the folder containing my boyfriends return from last year. "Here's the problem” he says, “you have a Schedule C (itemized deductions) and are claiming the Earned Income Tax Credit ... That is just a lot of work for me to verify your receipts". I paused for a moment, not really believing what I was hearing. I presented our very well organized packets of receipts to him, including meticulously documented spreadsheets of expenses/deductions and a file of bank and credit card documents. Dave heaves an exaggerated sigh and repeats, "Yeah... Don't you see how much work this is going to be for me? I have to look at all those papers.” Then just stares at me. Stunned by how the first 3 minutes of our meeting were evolving, I ask him bluntly, "Um, it sounds like you are refusing to help us file our taxes?" He seemed to be impersonating Bill Lumbergh from the movie Office Space when he responds, "Well… You see... It's just a lot for me to do..." shrugging helplessly, tossing my files onto his desk and leaning back in his chair. Needless to say, we walked out without a word. Good luck to any other new clients wishing to give this establishment their money - it's not as easy as you'd think."
