"I’ve been a loyal customer of Kyte for a long time. As of late (mid-2023 and onward) their customer service and business practices have become questionable. Most of their customer service inquiries are an automated reply. I’ve had issues with several items (non-sale) and have emailed several times without a reply. From rips in brand new material, seams already unravelling, stains to sizing issues. If you buy from them, expect that you’ll be stuck with whatever you get. Over time their sizing has become inconsistent with several items of the same size fitting differently. Zip rompers in the same size but different prints shouldn’t fit differently. Overall we buy bamboo for the benefits and quality of material and we are sad that Kyte hasn’t been living up to the same standards as they once did."

"This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I was not at all happy with the customer service. I placed an order and waited over six weeks for my order and then they told me most of what I ordered was out of stock. Really you only knew this after six weeks? What kind of inventory system do you have? After that they didn’t even refund my money until I sent them an email. What’s more is they didn’t send me any of the sale items and only shipped me the full priced items I ordered. What’s more is I paid with a combination of credit card and gift card they refused to use the full gift card balance and return the remaining money to my credit card when they processed the refund and said it is automatically prorated by their system. So I’m stuck having paid cash for the full price items when I had a gift card I was trying to use. This is a terrible excuse who wouldn’t want to use all of a gift card first? They refused to let me get a refund after shipping an incomplete order that was delayed for six weeks. Don’t expect to get good service from these guys. They will just give some lame excuse. I felt like I was scammed."

"The dots of the bottom of the footed pajamas come off in the wash. This happened to three pairs of our. You will need to hand wash and lay to dry. Don’t purchase from the sale. I did, turns out they didn’t have what I purchased and said I could cancel the item, get my money back or pay full price for a comparable item. I found this out six weeks after I purchased it. The right thing to do as a company, would have been to let me choose a comparable (same PJs, same size, different pattern) item for the same sale price that I paid. Not make me pay full price. Shipping takes way too long. You won’t receive your items in a realistic amount of time. Six weeks or more. By that time, your baby has grown out of it. Judging by the other reviews, I’m not the only one who feels this way. Customer service, shipping times, and ethics are not their strength."

"We have one product and I love it. I Ordered another product 6 weeks ago and it still has not shipped. I emailed customer service because by the time it arrives my child will be in the next size. I asked if I could trade out the sizes since I love the product but it won’t do me any good by the time it arrives. They said they could only cancel my order (which has two items and was purchased during a sale) but could not exchange. This means the sale price would not be honored."
