"It’s quite disappointing for a regular customer as myself to see this store go from great customer service to none. The females on staff are always nice and accommodating and so helpful I was looking for them today to see friendly smiling faces Yesenia Gigi and savanna are very nice and have the store always looking nice. But the two guys on staff weren’t friendly they seemed to only want to talk to eachother. and the store was dirty restrooms are normally clean and smell clean but sadly not today."

"Relatively clean and I’ve hardly ever seen a machine inoperative. Could use a good once over for dust buildup throughout the ceiling, fixtures and HVAC system. There’s always something on TV and the sound is at a comfortable volume. Good ventilation but it can still be warm at times. Attendant is always available and a good selection of laundry products are available for purchase."

"Wayyyy overpriced. I normally drive a little further to the EZ wash off Zarzamora. (1519 W Southcross Blvd, San Antonio, TX 78211) better washes, less expensive. Over half the price of these washes!! Here they MAKE YOU get a card to load funds on it to pay. You don’t have a choice to use coins or even your own card to pay directly. Now I’m stuck with funds on this damn card. I stood by the two machines I used and half the time they weren’t even spinning. I DO NOT recommend coming here. They’re just making money off of people and abusing it. Edited to add… Look how dirty the machines are. Gunk and mold! How gross. Most of the machines have a green ring added so you can’t see how dirty they really are."
