"I went here, as a new Texas resident, with dry eye, tearing, and lid issues. I mentioned all those concerns first thing. The Doctor came in, I spoke about all of that, he proceeded with an eye exam, never addressing my reason for seeing him in the first place. When I asked to speak to an optician about my current glasses, they asked if I wanted to put new lenses (in my four month old new pair), or start over. I left shaking my head wondering why I drove 60 miles to an office that didn't seem to want to do anything other than sell glasses. Surely there's an eye doctor closer to home that will show real concern. Use eye drops he said,.... like I'm not doing that already!!!"
"Wonderful place, best eye center I have been to. Very quick in and out. The staff was amazing. I've been trying to wear contacts for years. They finally showed me how to get them in and out and tell if they are wrong side out."
"As much as I wish I could give Bond five stars, I just can’t after my past two experiences. I went to Bond for an eye exam in 2020. I had been going to them in previous years and never had issues; however, this time was different. The exam felt very rushed to begin with. I was then told that my right eye (which previously had 20/20 vision) had gone down just slightly. They put prescription in my glasses, but did not give me a contact for the right eye. They failed to explain why (maybe this makes perfect sense, but I was not made aware of why). Today, I gave Bond the benefit of the doubt and tried them again for my next eye exam. The atmosphere was slightly better, but still not very friendly. They said the prescription in my left eye will need to go up by a quarter. I figured that would be the case & went home not thinking anything about it. When I got home I realized that the prescription for the new sample contacts they gave me and the prescription written on the paper were the same as what I’ve been wearing the past two years. I then give them a call to try and figure out what is going on. After finally convincing the front desk person that my current contacts really were the same prescription, I was told to pick up a different prescription of sample contacts at the front desk on Monday. That’s literally all I was told. I had to keep digging and asking questions to get any sort of explanation to figure out what had happened or if I had been wearing the wrong prescription for the last two years. I still am unsure of what really happened or if I was wearing the wrong prescription, but at this point I’m just going with it. I am sad to say that I will not be back again and do not recommend them."
"The staff here is awesome. The assistant that helped us was extremely kind and welcoming. Dr. Lindsey Bond was great with my 3 year old daughter and made her feel very safe during her eye exam."
