"Buddys Well service is the Worst company ever! They had me waiting for almost 3 years! They made me knock down trees so their machines could pass by. They never call when they show up or to give you info! They always forget to call back when you call them. The few times they show up at the property they give just more excuses on why they can’t drill the well yet. They finally say we will go over and drill your well raising the price of course after we agreed on a certain price. Then they sent an email that after all they can drill the well due to regulations! All this time and money wasted pleasing them so I can finally have water on my rural property and now they say they can’t do it!! After they been there and said they can! This company is the worst of the worst! I highly recommend to run away firm Buddys! They’re just unprofessional and only giving you issues and headaches! Do not use this company!"

"Buddy's is THE WORST COMPANY, not just well company, EVER. From start to finish they are terrible. My well took over a year and a half to complete. They said they would start within 6-8 months and it did not even start for over a year. Then it took over 6 months to complete. They always had an excuse.... mainly there equipment breaking down- even if this is true this should discourage you from using them. But by far the worse part was the communication or lack there of. I spent over $40,000 and they would never keep me updated on what was going on or why they were delayed again, or that they were even delayed. I have an email thread of of 40 emails that I sent to Shelly over that 1 1/2 years of me having to ask "when are you going to start, have you started, how's it going....." instead of them informing me the customer. The only time they had good communication was when it was time to pay. After they completed the well they left a trailer and 50- 20 ft long drilling pipes on my property. They then called and tried to collect several times until I told them I would not settle up until they got their stuff off my land. That finally had them pick up speed. Terrible experience> super frustrating the whole time. There are many well companies out there. I cannot highly recommend enough that you find another one."

"Great experience. Got a port-a-potty for a party (save our septic!). Reasonably priced, got one with a wash basin ("full service"). Smooth and easy scheduling, delivery, payment process, and pick-up. Nothing but 5 stars. Everyone was friendly, polite and professional!"
