"I don’t know why they hire people who don’t want to work or are bother to do their work like provide customer service! The cashier girl Andrea was rude, lack of customer service and was bothered to attend us! Like if you don’t want to work then give the job opportunity to someone who really does want it, the customers isn’t at fault of them not liking their job to be treating us with attitude, you should hire someone else and fire her!! Why pay someone who is bothered at doing their job!?"
"The Laredo taco lady's need to get retrained on customer service. Had me waiting there like an idiot for 5 minutes.. when I was the ONLY customer in the store. They saw me and only when they got the hint that I wasn't going to leave until I was tended to did they turn around and tell me that they weren't ready yet.... it was past 5am, every Laredo taco that I've been to has been ready by that time. Not to mention they didn't even have anything in the hot bar ready. Which again, every stripes I've been to has had that on lock. This is a repeating thing. This is not the first time I've seen they are behind and in terms treat the customer with a stank attitude. Need training on time management AND customer service"
"Good one but really busy, nice and clean, few 18 wheelers parking and for cars as well, little expensive than others, overall good though, you will find almost everything from here you need on road, check my photos for more info, thanks guys"
"Stopped to get a taco & coffee. There was no creamer nor milk. So i went to pay and asked cashier if they had creamer and she said shell put some later and asked me if i was taking the coffee.. i said it depends if creamer was available or not. Which she proceeded to just charge me the taco, indicating that she was not gonna put creamer. She did all this with an attitude face. Jennifer is her name, and i asked to speak to a supervisor, which she said it was the lady next to her, Anahi, she was even more rude, started yelling at me in front of customers. She identified as the assistant manager. I asked to speak to a manager, she said she wasnt there. She refused to give me the managers name, phone number and refused to tell me at what time manager comes in. Both employees were very rude and unprofessional."
"Worst place ever, manager doesn't have control of anything, everyone needs to be retrained and how to better suit the ppl there, they take forever at the cash register and they take longer to get tacos, they make it seem like it's a restaurant and take forever, they take 10 minutes to make one taco"
