We never have to worry about having a office employee call in sick leaving the phones to us… we have an entire My Office Team that has our back, knows our business and handles our customers just like we would. "This company is probably okay if you are fine with letting things go on Auto pilot and don't mind copy and paste notes that don't really require much critical thinking. They do have a few nice bubbly young ladies ready to answer the phone if that's all you need but... HVAC COMPANIES BEWARE!! I was told they had an HVAC team and they would represent themselves as an extension to my office... Our company wasted 7 months believing that was true. Ha! These guys will NOT do anything outside of the cookie cutter they built (copy and paste notes with a smile is not always enough when collecting critical interchangeble information). I think the team that was designated for HVAC calls must have been group #2 in a circle room number count off. You will get 10¢ cent answers for 2$ questions that will ultimately have your customers Wondering if everything is ok inhouse. Imagine what it's like to have a customer call your HVAC company only to have it answered by someone that doesn't know what a thermostat or humidifier is or does (and you prepared them with the info but they refused to look at it) That was our experience with My Office Help. We were willing to teach them and work with them but their COO pulled out because I wanted him to simply view "our" calendar from a view that would lead to his team needing to ask alot less repeating questions about tech availability. (Literally 1 click of the mouse to view) Andrew (COO) will not respond to client needs if it doesn't fit what he has already understood before he met you. He actually became very passive agressive after telling us he would no longer service us because of me requesting they click on the "Dispatch View" The only reason I give them 2 stars instead of 1 is because I believe his team was ready to improve but we ultimately decided it just wasn't a good fit to work with a COO of a company that values his clients request so poorly. Although we are not going back to Sunshine (Who we used before My office Help) We would say this was a step backwards for us and offer caution to other companies that also may not be a good fit."
