"I am very satisfied and happy with this company. I live on the first floor of a 5 unit condo. So when there was an issue with it backing up in my condo I called Tony. He rodded it out but knew there was a bigger issue and it would not last. He was able to come the same day which was very fortunate for me. Now a month later it was necessary to replace some of the main line pipe. He was able to start on the project the next day saying it would take 2 full days. It was fixed in 2 days. "They came fast. However their job is not guarantee... and they do NOT have the best prices... We asked for a camara to be use so we can see the problem, they told us they need to try to fix it first and if it does not work they will use the camera.. The guy sent did not spend enough time cleaning the pipes and his equipment was not big enough to clean them properly since they got clogged 2 days later. We called the same plummer and he told us we need to pay half the price in order for him to come rod the pipes again. We asked to bring the camera and he said his camera was broken but we can rent it from other place. Overall we were NOT happy with this service. We called a different company (Southtown Plumbing & Sewer Inc) who charged us the same amount for rodding the pipes and using the camera and they also gave us a 30 day guarantee on the job. If pipes clog again they'll come fix it for free."
