"I hate to be that guy but... i Called this company in the thumbtack app because my water heater was broken. They came over looked at the water heater for 5 minutes told me it was broken and then charged me $99 to tell me what i already knew. When i expressed my option some guy told me that the $1300 they quoted me for a new water heater was a fair price #smh A water heater retail at home depot cost $500 (which i know they don't pay retail) So your gonna charge $800 to install a 40 gallon gas hot water tank. Come on!! This is crazy. Im not even tripping about the Service charge but $99 for 5 minutes is insane. please don't allow these people to rob you. Get multiple quotes before dealing with them. Pictures are worth 1000 words. I’m just stating my truth"

I then called 2nd Chance Plumbing and they had someone at my house within an hour of me calling. The plumber they sent out was named Miri. Miri found the problem through the drywall and had it fixed within 30 minutes at a very reasonable price. I will definitely call them again if I have any problems again! Great job!"
