"My friend who is a plumber actually referred me to Roc's Plumbing because he was just swamped during one of Chicago's horrific deep freezes, and so many folks had frozen pipes that burst. He said Roco was fair and honest and that I could trust that he would not take advantage of the weather situation. I explained to Roco that my hot water heater stopped working, leaked out overnight and this was a home my senior parents lived at. Roco prioritized them due to their age and health needs. The crew arrived in less than 2 hours. They were led by Michael, who was extremely knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. These were local guys who were really good people doing really good work. Price was fair, and you get what you pay for. Other plumbers were a bit cheaper but I did some research and the hot water heater Roco's team installed was a much higher quality product than what the other plumbers would have installed. Trust is important."

"Well initially when we spoke withRoc we had alot of faith in his plan. Then when we Needed them they sent a guy who didn’t have good listening skills so we sent him back requesting Rocs attention. Roc said that he understood and would stop by that Thurs or Fri. No Show on either day, No Contact from him or his receptionist. I called three more days in a row, to be told he’s in the field so I left my message and number. No Calls Back from anyone. Finally called again for him to say he wasn’t available until the following week. So I requested someone to stop by (hoping it’s not the first guy) and he said he’d see who he could try to send. Never heard a word back from anyone! Ask yourself if THIS is who you want to Pay For and Rely On to do your plumbing I don’t recommend them (Hired a great company that understood the urgency and had Great communication skills)"
