"I had an initial solid experience with Permit.But then after spending 6000 to have an external clean out put in, because they said my inside was Too narrow to use, they came back to fix an exploding toilet and told Me that in fact neither was sufficient. This after 3 years with no problems. A month later they had to come back for the same Problem and charged me the same as a month earlier when clearly they didn’t fix the problem. They also left my front years in such back shape from the excavation that my finished basement flooded twice from spring rains and I had to spend another $1800 to have it landscaped. Some of the workers are fantastic and others were misleading"
