"The folks from Kenosha Plumbing were a pleasure to work with. The office staff quickly followed up on all of my inquiries, and the installation crew were pleasant, clean cut, knew what they were doing, cleansed up after themselves, and answered all of my questions. The total installed price was under the estimate, and I would definitely consider them again for any future household plumbing and HVAC needs."
"Can't thank you enough for taking care of the surprise I walked into in my basement this morning. It's never a good feeling to step on water saturated carpet . Called Kenosha Plumbing at 9:30 this morning and my replacement tank was installed by 3:30 this afternoon. The installation was neat and clean. Thanks again."
"Woke up to find my hot water heater had burst. Within 2 hours of me calling, Kenosha Plumbing had someone at my house. Ryan was kind, knowledgeable, quick and efficient. He took the time to explain what had happened to cause it to burst (besides the tank being ~13 years old). He replaced the water heater, and then walked me through steps that I can take to make sure this new water heater lasts as long as possible. Thank you Ryan & Kenosha Plumbing!"
"Mike was very polite, punctual, quick and professional. Kenosha Plumbing's price was fair and competitive. The job entailed installing two sump pumps. My only concern is that they did not use a brick under the pumps like the manufacturer's instructions mentioned. Per the manual, this could void the warranty. I think I might call them to share my concern. The pumps are lower than the old ones and therefore run more often than they did before. All said, I would trust them with my next job."
"Great service!!! I called on a Monday and Katie was able to get me in on Wednesday. I had to go back to work on Thursday. She was so very nice on the phone. I texted her pictures of my issue so she could pass it along to the plumber coming to fix the problem. He was very nice and explained what he was doing and also showed me. Very pleased with the service from Kenosha Plumbing!!"
