"I have used Brex-Arlington exclusively for my HVAC needs for the past 25 years and have never been disappointed. I have purchased their Premium service contract for a long time, and it paid off a few days ago. My A/C compressor-fan failed in the middle of a Saturday night. I called their answering service and received a call-back from Ray - at 1:30am! Ray came out shortly after 7:00am and quickly diagnosed the problem. Note: Ray has done excellent work on my A/C unit in the past. He recommended replacing my 20-year old unit and gave me a quote which I quickly accepted. I was able to schedule an appointment for installing a new unit 2 days later. Lupe called to remind me of the appointment the day prior. Both he and Samantha have done a fine job with scheduling over the years. Today Mike appeared about 8:15am with my new unit. Jeff arrived shortly thereafter, and, by 11:30am, the job was completed. Both technicians were polite and professional in their demeanor and left the work-site clean. In summary, my experience with this repair bears out what I have experienced repeatedly over the years with this company: superior service at a fair price. I give them my highest recommendation."
