"I unfortunately had the luck of needing a plumbing service twice in the same month for my business and my home. I went through 3 plumbing companies before contacting Dr. Rooter and all 3 raised their price beyond what was quoted when they arrived. Dr Rooter was the only company that quoted their rates and stuck to it (no matter what time the service was). Fernando came out both times and I am very lucky he was the technician they sent. He completed the work at the business within 30min. At my house, he insisted to do a camera inspection after clearing the tree root blockage in the main sewer line despite my hesitation for the extra steps, and I am so thankful he did. We discovered there was over 12 feet of collapsed sewer line. The village had completed work recently that caused this so I did not use Dr Rooter for the excavation as it was not my responsibility to contract the repair. But the discovery they made saved me so many problems that could have caused damage to my house if not caught by Fernando."
