"First, I am not getting anything in return for this review. This is a completely honest review. I got estimates from literally a half a dozen plumbing companies to have my home repiped and drainage addressed before I got to Franzen. Like night and day; they were the first company that didn't make me feel dumb or try to scare me into paying a lot of money. They heard what I wanted to have done, came up with a plan that made sense, and worked with me to get the final price at something I could afford. They were in touch with me throughout the work; incredibly reliable, hardworking people. Everything works great. I really lucked out with them. They really care about leaving the homeowner in the best possible shape; a lot of pride in their work. They even reviewed the work of my shower install company and caught a leak they created, then made sure I had all of the information I needed to get that company to fix it.
