"After spending $850 on an estimate for a 2 day job, Oakwood spent double the estimate in the first two days while only completing half the job. There was no communication about this overage and their administrative team "helped" by providing me with a credit service that I could call. When asked about the a refund on the $850 for a poor estimate, we were simply brushed off. As new homeowners and new parents, we had hoped for better, but instead feel taken advantage of. The work is top quality, but if you need to keep to a budget, I would suggest looking elsewhere"
