Reviews of Garden Center at The Home Depot
"Have plants, still not overstocked yet. Easy to shòp and get checked out quickly."
"Staff friendly, helpful despite bare areas, little or no products"
"Wish there were more Isle merchandise signs and directional arrows, much like the internal store is set up. Also, put all of the planters and lots in one area, close to the plants.Thank you"
"Went in to get a Styrofoam faucet cover. After 40 minutes I gave up and left. I searched the entire plumbing department and walked past an employee with people waiting for help. I tried to give up. I walked out with gutter clips I needed. The cashier asked if I found everything OK. I made the mistake of answering honestly. She looked up the covers on her phone and showed me a picture. She said the app showed they had 99. But she didn't know where they were. She hollered at another cashier. He said they were in the garden department. We walked all the way to the garden department. We walked 15 aisles. Nothing. We tried to leave again. I told cashier #2 it wasn't in garden department. He directed me to cashier #3 who said they had moved the covers to plumbing. Frustrated because I had hiked through two departments including plumbing, I asked where. She called someone. Disembodied voice said it was on aisle 34. I hiked back to aisle 34. Nothing. We dragged our tired feet to the exit and I told cashier #2 they weren't in plumbing and I was giving up. She said, "yeah, they move those a lot because they are light and easy to move." Aaaaaagh. I hate going to Home Depot. This experience is typical. They need people whose only job is to walk the aisles to tell people where things are and walk you to it. I am done. From now on it is the small mom & pop hardware store for me. I am quitting home depoop."
"This Home Depot is very racist. Especially the young redhead in the garden center. I purchased my items through the self-check bagged them on my own, and when I walked out obviously the girl didn't believe that I paid for my items. She MADE sure to call me out while I was leaving the store, and she was tending to another customer to make sure my receipt valid. RUDE! I GUESS MY BROWN SKIN IS NOT WELCOMED AT KKK DEPOT."
